Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items back in their original Chako Lab packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
